You may activate your card in the following ways:

  • By calling us on +230 202 5010
  • By visiting your nearest MCB branch

You may do so in three ways:

  • Via Juice, through the PIN selection option. Note: please make sure that your card is activated before changing your PIN.
  • By filling the appropriate form in branch
  • On one of our ATMs

You should report any loss or theft by calling 202 5010 or visit your nearest branch.

Please contact your Relationship/ Manager or Customer Service Representative to obtain the appropriate form.

You can increase or decrease your credit limit by filling the appropriate form. You may contact your Relationship manager who will assist you.

Yes, they do. You may use your card at any ATMs,  points of sales and online merchants displaying the following logos:

  • Mastercard
  • Visa

Yes you are covered. Your MCB MasterCard and VISA Corporate card comes with a comprehensive annual multi-trip travel insurance offered by Linkham Services.

  • Medical cover up to Euro 75 000 upon purchase of air ticket with Corporate card only. This medical cover is applicable when the person is abroad only.
  • Personal liability of up to Euro 125 000 upon card usage when abroad only
  • Luggage loss up to Euro 1 250 upon card usage when abroad only
  • Legal assistance of up to Euro 3 750 upon card usage when abroad only
  • Trip cancellation prior to departure up to Euro 3 250 with card usage only

You need to ensure the following:

  • Your cards are activated
  • You have the relevant PIN to your cards
  • You have a copy of your insurance cover
