- Influence decision-making through the analysis of global trends into macro insights.

During your time on the programme, you will:
- Receive comprehensive training to get a full understanding of your assigned markets and their dynamics.
- Learn the ins and outs of trading strategies across asset classes, client solutioning, risk management, data analysis and technology skills.
- You'll also learn multiple soft skills, your essentials in day-to-day interactions: collaboration, teamwork, time management and communication skills.
- Be mentored by industry experts. It's your front-row opportunity to ask your burning questions, fill any gaps in your knowledge and absorb the experience.
Rotations
Gain hands-on experience with various products across asset classes through structured rotations. Each rotation is designed to develop the technical skills, market knowledge, and business insight required to succeed in Financial Markets.

Training and evaluation
Take part in targeted technical and soft skills training. Your progress will be assessed regularly to ensure continuous growth and readiness for future roles.
Importantly, you will be supported in completing your ACI Dealing Certification during the programme.

- Have completed a Bachelor's degree (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
