Please be informed that our Bagatelle and Trianon kiosks; Grand Bay and Rose-Hill Foreign Exchange counters, will exceptionally close at 3 p.m. on Saturday 14th December 2024. Rest assured that these exceptional closures will not affect our ATM services.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Please note that our operating hours shall be modified as follows, effective Monday 13th January 2025 :

There shall be no change in the operating hours of our Bagatelle and Trianon counters, which shall continue to open from Monday to Saturday between 11.00 a.m. and 18.00.

Dear Customer,
Kindly note that, since 4 December and as announced by the Bank of Mauritius, new Rs 1,000 Polymer bank notes are available for use. The new Rs 1,000 notes will cohabit with the old ones and new Rs 100 and Rs 200 notes will also be introduced next year.
For the time being, customers are advised not to deposit new Rs 1,000 notes into our ATMs.

Please be informed that the Bank no longer issues UPI prepaid cards. Hence, any application or renewal for this card, irrespective of the currency, is no longer entertained.
