Discontinuation of weekend activities and some services

Dear Customer,

We wish to inform you of the discontinuation of the following weekend activities in January 2026:

• Kiosk counters: Bagatelle and Trianon

• Forex counters: Rose-Hill and Grand-Baie

As most features are available on our MCB Juice app, we are also removing the self-service tablets at the following locations in January 2026:

• Caudan

• Réduit

• Candos

• La Caverne

You can use our digital channels, MCB Juice and Internet Banking for transfers, statement requests and account amendments, and our ATMs for cash withdrawals
