Your statements are going digital

Dear customer, 

As from 30th June 2026, the sending of statements and advices by post will be gradually discontinued for customers using our digital channels: MCB Juice and Internet Banking (IB). Your banking documents will continue to be available securely on these channels.

Managing your banking documents digitally makes things even easier:

  • Convenient and user-friendly: access your electronic statements and advices anytime, anywhere
  • Instantly available: retrieve your electronic statements and advices directly on MCB Juice and Internet Banking
  • Downloadable anytime: save or print your electronic documents whenever needed
  • Easily accessible: your electronic documents remain available for up to 3 years on MCB Juice and IB

 

If you would still like to receive your statements and advices by post, please inform us by visiting your nearest MCB branch.

By moving to digital delivery, we are also supporting a more sustainable approach through reduced paper usage, while continuing to provide secure and easy access to your banking documents.

To retrieve your electronic statements and advices, follow the below paths:

Via Juice
Log in > More > Statements & Advices > Statements > Select account > Generate period > Click on the top-left share icon to save or share your document.

Via Internet Banking
Log in > Accounts & Products > Download Statements & Advices > Select details > Search > Download generated report.

Discontinuation of FCY cheques payable in Austria, Switzerland and UK

Dear customer,

Please note that FCY cheques payable in United Kingdom will no more be accepted as from 12th of June 2026. As such, all cheques submitted to MCB prior 12th June 2026 should be sent as soon as possible to avoid delays in processing. Cheques that could not be processed by this date will be returned.

In addition, Societe Generale has already ceased the clearing of EUR drafts payable in Austria and Switzerland. Accordingly, the Bank shall discontinue the negotiation of EUR drafts payable in Austria and Switzerland with immediate effect

Google Meet impersonation

Please be vigilant: scammers may attempt to impersonate MCB staff via Google Meet (including by displaying the MCB logo). MCB will never contact clients through Google Meet. If you receive such a call, please do not answer. Never share any personal or banking information and block the caller.
