Dear Customer,
Kindly note that, since 4 December and as announced by the Bank of Mauritius, new Rs 1,000 Polymer bank notes are available for use. The new Rs 1,000 notes will cohabit with the old ones and new Rs 100 and Rs 200 notes will also be introduced next year.
For the time being, customers are advised not to deposit new Rs 1,000 notes into our ATMs.

Please be informed that the Bank no longer issues UPI prepaid cards. Hence, any application or renewal for this card, irrespective of the currency, is no longer entertained.
