Bank Holiday on 22 April

Following the torrential rains in Mauritius on Sunday 21 April, the Bank of Mauritius has declared Monday 22 April a Bank holiday. As such, all MCB offices and branches will remain closed until further notice.

While our digital channels, such as MCB Juice, Juice Pro, and Internet Banking remain available, please note that non-MCB (Other Local Bank) transfers, international transactions, and payments effected online (with the exception of same currency international transfers and local instant transfers), will be processed on the next working day.

Temporary unavailability of ATM at Winners Vacoas

Dear Valued Customer,

Please note that the ATM situated at Winners Vacoas will be temporarily unavailable from Sunday 7th April 2024 as from 09:00 a.m. until Tuesday 23rd April 2024 at 09:00 a.m.

In the meantime, please use the nearest ATMs available at Floreal Branch, Vacoas Branch, London Vacoas and So’Flo.

Termination of ATM forex services

MCB Head Office : Temporary closure of main entrance (Off Royal Road)

Dear Customer, 

Please note that, in view of the complete revamping of the MCB Head Office Corporate Lobby, the main entrance off Royal Road will be closed from 10th February 2024 to 30th April 2024.

In that respect, access to the Head Office will be as via Port Louis Main Branch (PLMB) entrance and Raymond Lamusse Building (RLB) in Sir William Newton Street.

Appropriate signage will be installed to guide customers.
