You can send money overseas in the following ways:

  • Via SWIFT transfer
  • Via MoneyGram
  • Through the Visa Direct option on the Juice app
  • Via a foreign draft

You can receive money through SWIFT, MoneyGram or foreign draft. You can also receive money through Visa Direct option on the Juice app.

To register to this service, you need to follow these steps:

  • Take a clear photo of it with your mobile (information must be easily readable)

You can also apply through MCB Internet Banking under Services > Register to e-statements. This is applicable to single accounts only. You may also fill in the form and drop it at any branch.

You can refill your pre-paid mobile phone  via Internet Banking (IB), Juice or ATM. We also offer the option of using SMS Refill to load your mobile phone or a designated third party’s mobile phone. You can register for SMS Refill via Internet Banking under Services> Register to SMS Refill. Alternatively you can register for SMS Refill   in-branch.

You can order via Internet Banking (IB), or fill the form in the cheque book and submit same at your nearest branch.

You can block the cheque book through Internet Banking, or call Relationship Officer or visit your nearest MCB branch.

You can deposit cash at counter level / ATM or effect transfers through Juice or  Internet Banking (IB)

Transfers between MCB accounts are instant.

For transfers to other local banks, you can choose between the Standard Transfer that can take up to 2 working days or the Express Transfer, which is a same day transfer if the transaction has been initiated before the cut off time ( currently at

International transfers require a minimum of 3 working days and are dependent on the correspondent bank, too.
